CONCRETE REPAIR MATERIALS
In doing repairs on the damaged concrete and want to repair, usually done in several ways as below:
1. Grouting
2. Epoxy
3. Bonding Agent
4. Repair
5. Shotcrete
Here is an explanation of the properties, uses, and how to make the concrete repair material that is generally done.
1. Grouting
The properties of Grouting:
- Consists of one component
- Workability and high strength
- Hold the load impact and moving loads
- No shrinkage and segregation
- Economical
Used in:
- Stand the machine foundation
- Charging anchor
- Improvements in the porous concrete
- Bearing pads
How to use Grouting:
- Every 1 m3 requires 2000 kg

- Mix the grout material and water and stirred

2. EPOXY
The properties of epoxy

3. Bonding agent
Properties of the Bonding Agent:
- There are several types: synthetic dispersion resins, styrene butadiene rubber, polyvinyl acetate and epoxy materials

4. REPAIR
Properties of Repair:
- Generally consists of two components (powder + liquid)
- Contains polyamide fibber that does not easily crack repair material
- Particularly high bending strength
- Watertight
- Easy installation
Repair Usefulness:
- Repair of concrete surfaces
- Repair concrete cracks
- Charging a small loss on the concrete
- Improved levelling floor
- The adhesive on the ceramic pair, lightweight concrete

- 1 m2 and a thickness of 1 mm requires 2 kg
5. SHORTCRETE
Shortcrete properties:
- Consisting of powder and liquid form
- The thickness of the concrete can be arranged
- Economical
- Coating by spraying mortar or concrete by means of pressure
Shortcrete Usefulness:
- Suitable for concrete construction
- Pavement and slope stabilization
- Repair beams and columns
